It can be disheartening not to get to ‘that place’ in your goals. The place where you say “That’s how to feel good at the progress I’ve made”.
I don’t know about you, but when I plan great goals I really believe they will be achieved. How often do you plan to swap over to healthier options for meals, cleaner household products, or a new workout routine, only to fail at your goal?
Most of us definitely intend to complete a goal when we make it. So why don’t some of our goals get accomplished?

It seems that our intentions at putting goals into action are well meaning. But then … life gets in the way.
